I thought landing a job in one of the Big 4 Audit Firms could provide me with a comfortable life. I was wrong. I knew about the Insurance industry long ago, but I was in disbelief when I was told that I can achieve all my dreams with it. One day I decided to pay a visit to the team and got to feel how exhilarating it felt like. It finally felt like I belonged with their desire to achieve. So I eventually joined the team, within 4 short years I have achieved more than what I have ever achieved in life. It wasn’t just the array of International Awards of recognition, but I won a life that I can see a clear and hopeful future all thanks to this life changing decision.

For a half of my life, it felt like I was a character in the movies. Every wrong or sad scene you’ve seen in movies happened in my career choices. I may sound like a Jack of all trades, but I was so lost. I had multiple identities, but most well known as a model. After trying many different roles, I decided to join my buddy Eugene. I’ve known Eugene for a lifetime and his life just never stops getting better. He said if not now, then when? It was an epiphany that changed my life. Today just 4 years in the industry, I’ve achieved Star Club Incentive Trips for 4 consecutive years and 3 AKARD Gold Awards. And it is an exciting journey ahead of me!

Being an Insurance Practitioner was a very unconventional route, many people think it was a wrong move to go straight into this ‘Sales job’ after graduating with a Bachelors in Business in 2018. But I insisted on this route not because I wanted a career which would give me financial independence and constant career development. Honestly, the first 6 months were tough, a steep learning curve, but Eugene and team made it so much easier to understand and even guided us very closely every step of the way. Thanks to this team, I have achieved Prudential Wealth Planner and AKARD Gold Awards in just a short 2 years consecutively!

I could have chosen the easier path, but I want to build an empire of my own. I was an actuarial science graduate and a growing family business to manage but I joined EK in 2010 after being too stuck in my own comfort zone. I wanted to explore many things and expand my network because I’m the type that can’t sit still. True enough! After joining Eugene’s energetic team, their guidance and support contributed to 5 consecutive Star Club awards. My hard work also ended with a bang in 2019 and finally seized my first MDRT! When I knew about my MDRT, I instantly felt that success is achieved and maintained only when you don’t stop trying.

He was a hardworking and determined individual who always had a thirst for success. Wei Leang started his career in banking, and later became a Facebook Account Manager, Food Truck Hawker, and Electrical Business owner. After a few years, Wei Leang felt that he had gained enough experience in different fields and wanted to use his knowledge to help others. Seeking to use his experience to help others, he decided to join Prudential as a PRUVenture Manager, guided by his college buddy - Eugene. His exceptional sales skills helped him stand out, and he achieved his MDRT recognition in just six months. Wei Leang understood that insurance is not just about selling policies but also about providing peace of mind, and worked hard to understand his clients' needs and provide them with the best solutions. His journey in the insurance industry was tough, but it is rewarding.

He had always been interested in technology, Dickson started his career in IT support but found the strict working hours and lack of flexibility dissatisfying. Following his mother's suggestion, he joined the insurance industry with Eugene's team, despite having no sales experience. The transition was challenging, but with support and guidance provided by Eugene, he soon discovered that he enjoyed helping people and providing them with the peace of mind that comes from having insurance coverage. In just nine years, he achieved Star Club Incentive Trip, AKARD Awards, Million Dollar Round Table, and Prudential Executive Wealth Planner recognition.

She was brought up in a family of Insureprenuers where most of her family members work as an insurance practitioner. Eugenie grew up fascinated by her family's successful insurance careers, but her own job as an actuary felt routine and unchallenging. When Eugene offered her a chance to join his team as a PRUVenture Manager, Eugenie was hesitant at first as she had never worked in sales before and was unsure if she was ready to take on such a big challenge. With support and guidance provide by Eugene and the team, she quickly discovered a talent for sales and a passion for making a real impact on people's lives. She loved the thrill of the chase and the feeling of accomplishment that came with closing a deal that can’t find in her previous job. In just one year, she achieved Premier Wealth Planner, Star Club Summit Incentive Trip, Million Dollar Round Table, and AKARD Diamond Award. Eugenie knew that she had found her true calling and was excited to continue building her career in the insurance industry.

Patrick, a business and finance graduate, landed his first job in an administrative and support role at TeamPME. Although insurance wasn't his first ambition, he noticed that insurance practitioners in his team had better lives. This sparked his interest in the industry and he realized that being an insurance practitioner could help people out of their tough times. Therefore, he decided to join Eugene's team as an insurance practitioner. With Eugene's guidance and his hard work, Patrick developed his skills and achieved Prudential Executive Wealth Planner, Star Club Incentive Trip, Million Dollar Round Table, and AKARD Award in just 4 years. Patrick was grateful for Eugene's support and looked forward to a promising future in the insurance industry.
